We work to improve the lives of the under privileged and socially excluded in Essex and East London. This includes the homeless and those affected by poverty; many of whom are also suffering mental health issues including alcoholism and drug addiction.

We are volunteers and many of us have first hand knowledge of such hardship, either personally or as a carer.

We depend entirely on donations to continue our work with the vulnerable people of Essex and East London.
